Alright, Melinda is born in Pretoria in the year 1989 and she is a student at University of Pretoria taking B.Com Marketing. Melinda is a winner of many pageants in South Africa and she won the Miss South Africa 2011 in her first attempt which made her as the official representative of her country both in Miss Universe and Miss World. However, due to some decision that she personally made, she didn’t participate in Miss World and let the 1st Runner Up Remona Moodley to take the spot for the pageant while she goes on for the Miss Universe.
